Liberty Water & Fire Restoration is a locally owned and operated restoration contractor based in Dacula, Georgia. Our story
Liberty Water & Fire was founded by Jake Tucker after more than a decade in the field watching property owners get the worst of both worlds: slow response when the damage was spreading, then a rushed, cosmetic repair that hid problems instead of solving them. He built Liberty around the opposite approach — answer the phone at 2 a.m., show up fast, document everything, and dry the structure properly before anyone picks up a paintbrush.
Today our crews respond throughout Gwinnett, Barrow, Hall and Jackson counties with an average dispatch time of about 42 minutes. We have helped more than 500 families and business owners put their properties back together, and a large share of our work still comes from referrals by people we helped years ago.
Certifications and equipment
Our technicians hold IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Mold Remediation, and we are fully licensed and insured in the State of Georgia. In the field we use FLIR thermal imaging to find hidden moisture, XPOWER air movers and low-grain refrigerant dehumidifiers for structural drying, HEPA filtration and negative air machines for containment, and Bioesque botanical disinfectants that are effective without putting harsh chemistry into an occupied home.
